Gotta love Cassidy Guinen, she's one of a kind...I admit I wasn't the easiest client ever and she walked me thru several months of looking and stressing over several properties until she showed us Lincoln Dr...I knew it was for us right away. And she made it a breeze from that moment on. She's still hanging in there with us as we get everything lined up to get settled in... Cassidy helped us with selling our home recently. She is very professional, sweet and down to earth and great to work with! She has a lot of knowledge and helped us the whole way thru and went above and beyond! We were so happy to have her and would recommend her to anyone who asked or wants to know! She was always very responsive with replies and scheduling between meetings and different schedules to coordinate those with! Amazing! If you are looking for a fantastic realtor look no further! If you’re buying or selling a house, you need a Cassidy in your life. Her level of professionalism and advocacy is unmatched. She is as fierce as she is kind. Her title may be realtor, but she doubles as a legal consultant, therapist, or babysitter, all rolled into one! She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and able to provide guidance every step of the way to meet her clients needs. This is not an easy process by any means, but with Cassidy’s assistance it went smoother than I could have imagined! 11/10 recommend!

I can't say enough about Cassidy. She is absolutely amazing. She answers texts and phone calls immediately. She makes you feel like you are her only client! We relocated from several states away. She listened to our lists of must-haves and wants. She also helped steer our search to areas that would best fit our family's needs (a huge help since I had never been to Ohio before). She helped us find a house and close in 6 weeks. Even after closing, she helped with all our questions as we settled into our new home. She is professional, caring, and personable. Like I said, I can't say enough about her.... she's wonderful!!
